Working in collaboration with Frog & Cast, I developed a custom palette for her latest creation: the Little Red Riding Hood 3-In-1 Doll. This Kit includes a combination of five colors, perfectly suited to creating a custom doll, in two of Kelson Goods yarn bases.

The Little Red Doll includes an added component for personalization and is currently available in three different skin tones. Please select your preference for the skin tone for Little Red and Grandma by the dropdown menu below. The sample shown is knit in Pale Cremini, and the alternative photo displays all three options, including Honey Mushroom (the medium tone) and Deep Porcini (the darker tone).

Each Kit Includes…

  • Yarn A: 1 skein (122 yards each) of Kelson DK, 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon, in one of three colors: Pale Cremini, Honey Mushroom, or Deep Porcini (to be selected by you!)

  • Yarn B: 1 skein (122 yards each) of Kelson DK, 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon, in color Wolf Brown

  • Yarn C + D: 2 skeins (430 yards each) of Workshirt, 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon, in colors Dirndl Blue and Silver Birch

  • Yarn E: 1 50g skein (215 yards) of Workshirt, 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon, in color Blood Rose

  • A tidy amount of black embroidery thread (for doll faces)

  • Three removable stitch markers

  • A 4-inch by 12-inch piece of water soluble fabric stabilizer (for embroidery)

  • A set of double pointed needles, US 0 (2 mm)

  • A US 3 (3.25 mm) 16-inch circular needle

  • A crochet hook (optional), size B-1 (2.25 mm)

  • A crochet hook (optional), size D-3 (3.25 mm)

  • A tapestry needle

  • A sharp sewing needle

  • A few sewing pins

  • A ballpoint pen

  • A small amount of craft stuffing

Dyed For You

All the yarns contained in this Kit are hand dyed to order. Please allow 10 to 14 business days after ordering for your yarn to be hand dyed, skeined, labeled, and shipped!
