Components + Gauge

100% superwash merino wool
approximately 100 grams (3.5 ounces), 218 yards (199 meters)
16 - 20 stitches in stockinette stitch to 4 inches
suggested needle size US 7 - 9 (4.5 - 5.5 mm) and hook size I-9 to K-10.5 (5.5 mm - 6.5 mm)
machine wash cold on gentle or hand wash, and lay flat to air dry

Dyed For You

Kelson Worsted is hand dyed to order in the quantity selected. This eliminates the need for dye lots and ensures that multiple skeins of similar colors are dyed within the same bath, ensuring a harmonious blend of color. Be sure to order sufficient yardage for your project, as adding skeins later may not yield the same results.

When working with hand dyed yarn it is best to alternate between skeins to avoid pooling.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after your order for your yarn to be hand dyed, skeined, labeled, and shipped.
